I shall introduce Singapore famous Chicken Rice ball located at Jalan Besar Road!! It had been years since I last ate during primary school days.
As you can see, the chicken rice were rolled into the shape of the ball.
(Please do not ask me whether will it bounce, I was too hungry to try it.)
‘Split’ it open, the rice stick together like the way ketupat is just that it uses chicken rice to make it.
How can chicken rice meal comes without chicken? Here it is, the tender chicken meat even if you are toothless you are still able to eat it.
If you find it eating chicken rice is too plain, you can order a side dish of cabbage with glass noodle.
